* Worked 2IC to the Head of Acquisition to implement an Agile Marketing Methodology focussed on weekly sprints, testing
process and data meetings
* Hired and trained three Marketing Executives. Developed a new assessment process for recruiting and a training programme
for new hires in the marketing team.
* Led a team of two marketing executives through a sales cycle and successfully met our lead generation targets.
* Evaluated CRM providers and implemented a new CRM driving sales efficiency and performance
Implemented more intelligent email marketing strategy to increase revenue from £260,000 to £800,000 year on year.
* Worked with the Head of Content to devise a content marketing strategy increasing traffic over the sales cycle to 188,683
sessions compared to 9,883 the year before
* Led the use of paid social advertising as a new channel to become our second biggest source of leads.
* Became the person within the acquisition team who would do the analysis after marketing campaigns/sales cycles. In
particular I led on our data analysis.
