• Prepare monthly Aging file and forward to all Regional Sales Office.
• Managing and maintaining daily calendar, prioritizing appointment and adjust meeting request.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage team meeting & take meeting note.
• Create and maintain confidential company/clients documents following internal process.
• Handling emails to keep inbox updated
• Manage large amounts of incoming call and emails.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
