As an accounts & admin Executive my duties and responsibilities are given below:
Maintain day to day Accounts.
Prepare Daily Sales Flush Report and send to Regional Office.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents of all department
Prepare monthly Salary & disbursement of salary.
Maintain Cash book, bank Book, and bank Reconciliation.
TDS/ GSTN/ ESIC/ PF
Prepare monthly Aging file and forward to all Regional Sales Office.
Handling Credit Department.
Follow-up with debtors regarding pending payment.
Maintain debtors and creditors list.
