I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology Jamaica supported by ten (10) years’ experience in the financial services industry, where I garnered exemplary loan underwriting, delinquency management, customer service, networking, selling & negotiation, administration & coaching skills. I help business manage their social media pages, to help drive traffic and boost conversions.

My employment with CIBC First Caribbean International Bank & Sagicor Bank fostered the growth of strong selling and negotiating skills which resulted in the achievement of monthly targets. I also provided seamless support to managers because of my knowledge of the local financial market operations, worked with members of different departments and encouraged a team atmosphere through the implementation of coaching and mentoring strategies.
