Shona Lashley

I am a British citizen (born in sunny Barbados to a British Father and a Trinidadian Mother) currently living in Barbados.

Having worked in Senior Management for over twenty (20) years, I have developed a wide range of expertise that would meet and exceed the expectations of the role. I am certain that I will excel if given the chance as I welcome challenges head on, always give my best and am extremely motivated and disciplined. I possess exceptional organizational and time management skills learnt while simultaneously and successfully holding down positions in several industries. I’m adept in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and I have worked with Zoom and Google meet and I am competent in learning new programmes quickly.

I can attest to the fact that teamwork achieves the greatest of results. To quote one of my favourite Entrepreneurs and Marketing Minds, Steve Jobs: “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people”.  I believe that my skills, passion for my job, along with my customer focused values, will allow me to make a significant contribution to any company that I work with.
