Lashley Properties
Real Estate Professional (September 2020 – Present)
In September, as business grew increasingly more challenging for Prodesign Solutions, I shifted gears
and decided to give the Real Estate Industry a try! As interest in the Welcome Stamp escalated, I found
myself scanning social media and using my connections to discover opportunities to house visitors as
well as locals who were in the market for new property. I registered as a Real Estate professional and
have been very active closing over twenty (20) rentals (short and long term) between October 2020
and March 2021.

Prodesign Solutions was born of the need for process redesign and implementation in a growing
Barbadian business. Whilst working with a client, I researched other companies and realised that
multiple organisations needed a face-lift of sorts. Be it Recruitment or Reception, e-mail or e-training,
Marketing or Managing, Social Media Strategy or Social Awareness, Team building or Talent
management - I will ensure your increased productivity; I Inspire, Inform and Influence. Prodesign
Solutions…creating workflow efficiency by engaging a collaborative team with streamlined processes.
