When I started working remotely at home. I started as a Part time/ Freelancer doing some Data Entry jobs, Email and Research. I'm a Virtual Assistant in an E-commerce business my responsibilities include administrative work, Live Chat Support Email Support, Customer Service work, Amazon Buyer Messages, Amazon Fulfilled inventory reports, Placing order thru Amazon FBA, Amazon listing, Amazon lightning deals, Blogger Outreach and Social Media Management. 

I’ve been a VA Lead Generation/ Outbound Rep in MCA Campaign(Funding company) for 4 months. 

VA Lead Generation/ Outbound Rep/Appointment Setter at Hot Prospector (Mortgage Leads) for a month. 

Appointment Setter (Janitorial services) and Chat Support/ Operator (Dating site). I also had a training in Real Estate for VA tasks like Transaction Coordinator tasks and Admin Tasks. 

I have 2 years and a month experience in BPO as a Customer Service Representative, handling U.S Health Care Account (Aetna) Inbound and British Order line (Studio Order line) E-commerce. It’s part of my tasks to offer Telesales. 

Real Estate Consultant (local), Sales Associate (Credit Company), Customer Service Representative/Order processor (Logistics Company) are some of the positions that I have experience with when working in a corporate office. 

I'm very organized, talented and creative person. I have the strong passion to learn new things. I'm willing to be trained. I'm very much interested in searching information that can add up to my learning. I can work with less supervision. I have so much patience and I'm eager to meet deadlines of thetasks that were assigned to me. I have a positive attitude towards success. I'm confident that I can do anything with my hard work and perseverance. I can follow instructions and I can send you updates on the task that I'm done with. I can persuade people by my sales skills and I'm people oriented. I'mconfident and hardworking. When it comes to my job, I will give my very best. I'm a fast learner.
