I am Straissan Amor, a freelancer from the Philippines. I believe that I am the one that you are looking for!

I've been working as a customer service support for over 13 years now. My journey started in 2007 working with mainly US accounts. Being in this industry taught me a lot in communicating with clients over the phone, thru chat or email. I have learned to be a team player. I've learned to multi-task. I learned how to accept feedbacks or criticisms because this is the only way for you to grow and at least I know my strengths and weaknesses which will make me a better person. Because of this, I was able to perform my job with empathy.

• Why did I choose to be a freelancer?

The most important reason why I gave up an "in the office job" is that I am a mother now. I wanted to make sure that I can spend time with my family. Working at home means I get to spend time with them instead of spending just a few hours per day commuting to and from the office. This is also means I can save while working at home.

I am always willing to learn and have a passion for customer service. I will do everything I can to delight your customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the job in order to provide the best possible support to customers.

• What can I offer to you as my employer as my boss?

My passion . I believe that a person with a passion for his/her craft can work at its best performance. As what the saying goes “Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.” – Aristotle.
