I am a qualitative researcher and strategic communications professional with experience designing research projects that include everything from surveys to ethnographic observation to focus groups and one-on-one interviews. In addition to my research experience, I also have over 15 years of strategic brand communications work under my belt. I have helped to develop brand strategies for large companies and independent entrepreneurs, including analyzing the data along the way to see what is working and what isn’t, and changing course as necessary. I also create content - from blog posts to newsletters to Instagram and Facebook campaigns - for a wide variety of clients.
