I worked with Sutherland Jamaica on the AT&T account I was a customer service representative in the retention department. I also worked with Insurance Supermarket as a Qualifier, an Administrative assistant and a Verifier. As a Qualifier I screened clients on calls to see if they qualified for insurance before I transferred them over to the Advisors. As an Administrative assistant I received and responded to emails from Advisors scheduled meetings and filled overtime cards etc. As a Verifier I spoke with both clients and Advisors on 3 way calls. My responsibilities as a verifier was to ensure that all data on the client's insurance application were correct, to see that all needed information was collected by the Advisors and to ensure that Advisors are compliant with the rules of the insurance company.
