Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain PAN India customer database. Filter and “clean” data by reviewing raw data and performance indicators.  Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages and knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Advance MS Excel, MS Access, Business Intelligence System, SQL, Kienan, CRM, SAP, etc).. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help stakeholders, businesses, and organizations to make better decision for marketing strategies and cost saving. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Maintaining / Reconciliation Customer Database with NOC, Kienan and CRM. Revenue working with customer base on weekly basis. Weekly analysis for Complaint Management, Service Delivery and Churn..Assurance billing and collection activity of the entire Enterprises & SME customers for PAN India within the timelines. Co-ordination with Statutory/Internal & Quality Auditors for Billing and Collection functions. Analysis, Redesigning & Implementation of Billing and Collection processes for improvement and problem solution. Taking care Top-50 customers of PAN India like, TCL, Sun Pharma, Aviva, DEN etc. Maintaining Operation Tracker which contains the analysis of Active Base, Net Additions, Net Order Approval, Net Value Creation, Order Cancellation, ARPU, Installs, Pending Installs, TAT Performance etc.Maintain and flash daily Collection Dashboard – Region, Bucket & Unique Customer wise.
