With strong experience in the Wintel environment, I've been engineering customer focused solutions using Windows server client operating systems and enterprise commercial applications for over 20 years.

A priority has always been on process automation using triggers, dependencies and scheduling with DOS, visual basic script, and PowerShell scripting.

I work to understand customer requirements and help engineer IT solutions to empower them in their tasks. I try to learn from customer feedback, incidents and mistakes - striving for continual process improvement.

If I see a need, I'll take ownership to completion or hand it off to another. Nothing gets dropped!
