Hello, 

I would like to introduce myself as someone with about 18 years of experience who has worked in several roles across the width and the depth of the organization. In my different roles I have been responsible for both the administrative as well as the revenue side of the business, with a large part of my experience in market research.  

My core strengths include but are not limited to:

• Managing operations for teams of 150-200 people

• Managing teams involved in multiple areas of business

• Managing end to end projects, from Idea to implementation.

• Great interpersonal relations with vendors and clients

• Being equally comfortable with the quantitative and qualitative aspect of work.

• Worked in sales and HR roles

• Internal training across stakeholder – freshers, induction trainings, mid management technical trainings, and senior management trainings 

I have worked in start-up environments where learning means rolling up your sleeves and getting things done, as well as established companies, where following the processes, working within the role, and the ability to work in large teams is a must. I have also worked in the social sector where I have managed the operations of 10 centers across Pondicherry where I have used my corporate learning to implement processes for the greater good. 

I have worked on assignments in slightly more diverse fields of business-like Business Operations, Sales and HR, during breaks that I have had to take to focus on my child’s development.

I am sure the rich experience I have will add value to the role and I will also be able to contribute to in multiple ways to the organization that I join.
