My name is Vanessa. You can also call me V. I am 30 years old. I have been working virtually since 2014. In my previous employment, I was in charge in doing Skip Tracing or Property Research in a Real Estate Company in the US. They provide property address and I'm responsible in giving them possible phone numbers and email address.I was responsible for handling admin task. I was also in charge of sending email reminders for upcoming appointments, run market analysis, updating appointment calendar, and update CRM database using the information that I gathered, Postmarketing flyers in different platforms, enhance marketing pictures using photo editor. etc

Outside my virtual world, I’m also a hobbyist photographer. I’m familiar with Adobe tools specifically enhancing photographs or images and basic knowledge in video editing using Vegas Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Basic Photo and Video Editing – I’m a freelance event photographer during my spare time. I’m using adobe lightroom for photo editing and Adobe Premiere Pro and Vegas pro for basic video editing.

Database Management – more than 2 years experience in Database management. Exporting file from a spreadsheet and updating information to CRM tools (Podio, Trello, and Basecamp)

Social Media Management – monitoring social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc. Answering negative comments using pre-written response, Interact and engage with customers and answer inquiries

Administrative Task – 10 years of administrative work using Microsoft word excel, power point and outlook. Sending reports, making presentations and simple calculation are the skills I learned when I started working in the BPO industry before shifting my career in the virtual world. I’m also familiar with email and calendar management, setting appointments, following up with clients and comprehensive online research.

Executive Process Trainer – 4 years of conducting Process training for new hire batch. Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure the CSAs have the necessary skills and competencies to meet client expectations and service levels.
