As a Desk side Support Specialist with experience in Healthcare IT, I have extensive technical knowledge in desktop and technical support, and exceptional customer service skills. I have a track record of providing exceptional IT support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks. In my current role at UVA Health, I install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and configure network printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software. I also stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends that relate to my job duties.

In my previous role as an IT Generalist for various clients, I maintained office PCs, networks, and mobile devices, and prepared new computers for integration into company networks and systems. I also refurbished PC systems and peripherals such as monitors, networking equipment, printers, and more. Furthermore, I established, repaired, and optimized networks by installing wiring, cabling, and devices, performed troubleshooting and repaired peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and phones, and installed, maintained, and repaired complex internal computer hardware and various software applications.

I have a degree in Computer Information Management Systems from Longwood University, and I'm currently pursuing a Cybersecurity certification from the University of Richmond. My technical skills include Desktop Support, Hardware and software installation, Programming Languages (Javascript - C++ - HTML), Operating Systems (Windows - macOS - iOS - Linux - Android), and various software and hardware tools. I'm also CompTIA A+ certified.

I'm currently working on a Cybersecurity project, and I'm excited to apply my skills and knowledge in this area. Additionally, I have experience as a Supervisor of Customer Services and as a Sales, Services, and Distribution Associate at the USPS.
