Provide high-level administrative support that involves preparing reports, scheduling meetings, planning business trips, managing information by the Managing Director Support the MD in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required. Handling of confidential information which requires discretion and diplomacy. Draft or edit correspondence including memoranda, organizational reporting, and other documents. Support by assisting with incoming calls, emails, and time requests, and prepare appropriate responses or follow-up tasks Collect/ Collate analytical data from within the business and creating reports which would be presented to the senior management team. Other administrative tasks and documentation including credit card reports and monthly expense report Coordinate travel arrangements, process monthly travel expense report.
