I have worked with giant IT firms for the last 7 years mainly in Technical\Customer Support Roles at various levels of hierarchy in roles ranging from L1, L2, L3, Team lead to being the Back Up PEM.

I have been involved in various ERP, Ecom, POS projects across Telecom, Retail, Banking and Financial domains.In these projects I have interacted with people around the world(US,EMEA,APAC). I also provided some enhancements to the projects which earned me accolades all around.

For the last 4 years I have been involved in a lot of projects on Upwork and developed healthy client associations.

I also work on web/graphic designing work . I have been into web/graphic (logo,pamphlets, banners, posters, brochures, design ads, template designer for more than 5 years and developed numerous websites (tableless/div/css based). Travel websites is my area of expertise. I also have experience in Search Engine Optimization, modifications in JavaScript.
