Leo Santiago Isaac

My name is Leo Santiago Isaac, 26 years old from the Philippines. I took up Computer Programming. I’ve been working in the BPO Industry for 9 years. 

I’m a passionate and self motivated person. I can work under pressure, under minimal supervision. Quick learner, smart working, and I ‘am passionately committed to quality and excellence. . I have good working attitude, resourceful, optimistic and ambitious.

I have years of experience in Customers Service, clerical works and admin works .I’ve had been part of the production, training, support, back office and admin works. My Customer Service experience was with a U.S Telecom company that requires excellent Customers Service Skills. I also worked as an Escalations Representative for an International Online Pharmacy. I also worked as a Language Trainer for a Call Center Academy. I’ve been part of the HR Department for a multi million Call Center Company and I was their Recruitment Officer. Recently, I worked as a virtual assistant for an Australian business man and I’m handling two of his businesses. Some of my task would be handling CRM, data mining, email marketing, graphics design, documentation, scheduling, handling phone inquiries, data entry, website technical support and some SEO. I am currently working as a virtual assistant for an American Whole Sale Real Estate company and I'm handling mostly their documents. I am also responsible in outsourcing people to work with the company.
