I have more than 3 years of work experience in an Outsourcing companies. I've handled Insurance and Construction and Engineering Industries. And the most recent work experience is as a Human Resource Associate. I was responsible on sourcing and on boarding of applicants to the company. Conduct phone screen, initial interviews and endorse applicants for final interview. I also conduct inductions. Handled payroll and performance evaluation. Monitor and track the standard training certificates required by the clients remotely. I have worked on different client-owned software with different industries. I have enough knowledge with MS Excel but will honestly say that I am far from being an expert. I am very eager to learn new things.
