As a system administrator based in the US with over 18 years of experience in IT, I have diverse skills and expertise. In addition to my experience with Microsoft 365, G Suite, Azure, and AWS, I have extensive knowledge of macOS and related Apple technologies.

My skills include:

Expertise in managing and supporting macOS devices, including software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of Apple-related technologies, including Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, and Jamf Pro.

Experience in integrating macOS devices with Microsoft 365 and G Suite, as well as cloud-based services like Azure and AWS.

Some of my notable accomplishments include successfully implementing macOS and iOS device management solutions for organizations, designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions for cloud-based services, and setting up and managing virtualization environments for macOS.
