I am a senior IT solution engineer and producer of high-performance system engineering. I have served as Project Manager for multiple IT programs.  I have performed the following task while working on different projects developed Statement of Work (SOW), project milestones, and KPIs.

I have implemented and integrated modernized IT platforms to improve infrastructure capabilities. I have performed and partnered with internal teams to perform system upgrades, onshore/offshore network expansion, infrastructure migrations, and virtualization initiatives.

Here is a list of my most recent achievements:

•  Constructed site recovery system from ground up; led multi-department IT team through 2-phase project…Hardened $2.4M infrastructure networking 237 stores and 3K end users.

•  Scaled VM capabilities to 975 total machines for 2 data centers across 2 states; delivered efficiency solution enabling seamless support / high team productivity with triple IT infrastructure size with no workforce impact.

•  Launched Cisco USC B & C class machines…Established virtualization platform, consolidated 200 physical servers into 20 VMs per host, and compressed 9 server racks into 2.

•  Led cross-functional teams to develop PCI zone architecture; focused partnering efforts, streamlined project tasks, and strengthened security to enable PCI compliance

•  Navigated internal IT managers through Citrix upgrade implementation…Conceptualized administration strategy for 500+ VM environment.

•  Evaluated, prioritized, and restructured enterprise IT capabilities for onshore/offshore network; strengthened network security, rebuilt AV structure, and postured multi-storage recovery system.

•  Masterminded IT infrastructure migration; directed relocation of $200K physical equipment, built corporate staffing model for new operations, and instituted modernized backup platform.

•  Piloted virtualization initiative for global servers; consolidated / centralized infrastructure into regional data centers…Simplified VM management capabilities / reduced global network downtime.
